When will I receive my order?

Usually the orders take around 5-10 working days from the receipt of the approved artwork and payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed. We request our clients to provide us with a timeline if they require the orders on a specific date at the earliest so that we do our best to meet the deadline and deliver the print products on or before time. All the items that require engraving or any kind of outside print can take upto 3 weeks. Our team will keep you updated and if there is any delay whatsoever, you will be informed as soon as possible.

We will provide you with PDF artwork order confirmation via email and proceed with the print procedure only after your approval. It is recommend that you print out the design visual in color and then go through the design, size, layout,color along with the text, spellings, phone numbers and web addresses thoroughly. When you’re done checking the visual, just provide us with your valuable feedback & suggestions if any and we’ll begin the printing of your orders.

We have made the artwork submission process very easy. You just have to upload the desired atwork on our website during the order process. We request you to send the artwork in following formats:
  • Vectorized PDF – It shouldn’t be imported or scanned
  • EPS or AI File for Adobe Illustrator (CS4 and below) in PC format
  • JPG file format
If in any case, you find difficulty in supplying the artworks in following formats, please get in touch with us and we will assist you in the best way possible.

We dispatch the majority of our orders using a courier service like fedex.

Typically our delivery costs are included in the price unless specified differently in the quotation.

We do not charge any origination or set up costs. Our listed prices are inclusive of all costs.

We use screen printing as a common method of printing. We can print up to 5 colours.

Yes we can print any colour and we make every effort to match the colour but but we cannot responsibility of the exact match colour with your computer screen or pantone shade because the colour can be affected by the surface of the pen. We will however contact you before printing if we feel there is a major mis match.

You can pay via card, over the phone or bank transfer. You can pay via cheque too. Please note we must get cleared funds before we start with the print process.
